looking forward to spring

The winter weather is breaking and it is the perfect time to paint outdoors. The bugs haven't hatched yet and the contrast between the green sprouts that are revealed, as the snow recedes along the creeks in the woodland, is a lovely site to see. As the season moves forward I hope to paint some at the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. I'll set up my paints and my husband will check out the Mosquito for some brook trout. Hopefully it will be a productive spring with some good eating!
